In the world you might have met many horrible bosses that suck the joy out of you, so in this game, you will become the boss. Enjoy putting yourself in the boss shoes and profit from taking the happiness from your employees. Invest to in your abilities to improve your skills at being The Boss. Survive months of being the boss, managing your money for upgrades, paying your expenses on time (Hopefully) and being as horrible as you can be. Maybe at the end of the financial year, everyone get a pizza party for their hard work. A reward for the generous boss.

After  stealing your employee's happiness, put that happiness into the happiness convertor machine in the bottom room, invest in upgrades at your desk. Pay your monthly payment at the happiness convertor machine.
